Sales Executive/Manager (retail solutions like Electronic Article System, Foot Fall Counting System, Electronic Shelf Label and Inventory Tracking System)

Job Description

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail sector. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell products such as Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems, People Counters, Shelf Label Systems, and RFID tags etc. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the retail sector. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their operational goals. Develop sales strategies to penetrate and grow accounts effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements or new features based on customer requirements.
  • Client Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring a win-win scenario for both parties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and branding activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analyses. Maintain an updated CRM with all client interactions and sales progress.

Qualifications

B. Tech. in Electronics/Electricals or any other bachelor’s degree

Experience: 3-6 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in retail technology or similar domains.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of retail solutions like EAS, RFID, and Shelf Label Systems

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
