Sales Executive / Business Partner
Industry Preference: Hospitality service suppliers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, hospitals)
Qualification: Any graduate or BBA
Experience: 3-5 years in sales
Location: Metro cities (Travel required)
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our team, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling wet towel dispensing machines, tissue rolls, and related products. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the willingness to travel extensively within metro cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, hospitals, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and answer client queries effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to secure new orders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to align strategies and improve product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to metro cities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
