Solution
Deki's SureSolutions division provided a test rig with a SureDisplay® sub-Giga picking solution with system stability and LED blinking functionality providing exceptional mobility to manufacturing operations. The ESLs were in 4.3 and 7.5” sizes.
Result
The introduction of the SureDisplay® Electronic Shelf Labels from SureSolutions, in the Tata Motors plant’s smart factory module, added an easy yet efficient layer of control to the inventory and logistics operations of the business. The fast and reliable SureDisplay® system eliminated wastage of time on account of inefficient replenishment of parts bins. As a result, the non-productive time of technicians was dramatically reduced. The system is now being reviewed for wider use within the company’s plants.
